Use of the Site

This site is for informational purposes about the 7 Stones Trading Card Game. All content, images, and card art are the intellectual property of 7 Stones TCG and may not be reproduced without permission.

7 Stones VIP Founder Pass

The 7 Stones VIP Founder Pass is a one-time $1 digital purchase from 7 Stones TCG. After Stripe verifies payment, the Founder Pass reserves access to 33% off the best 7 Stones Kickstarter bundle when the campaign launches. The reservation is associated with the email submitted during registration.

The Founder Pass does not purchase the future bundle, game, cards, Kickstarter pledge, or Kickstarter reward. It is not a subscription and does not authorize any future automatic charge. Customers must separately choose whether to purchase the eligible bundle through Kickstarter. Bundle details and redemption instructions will be announced before launch.

Founder Pass Refunds and Disputes

Founder Pass purchases are refundable within 10 days of payment. Use the refund link displayed after purchase to submit a request. A completed refund returns the Founder Pass charge and deactivates the associated discount reservation. For a billing question, unauthorized charge, or unresolved refund issue, contact 7 Stones through our Discord support channel. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Kickstarter Pledges

Kickstarter pledges are separate from the Founder Pass, are made through Kickstarter, and are subject to Kickstarter's terms of use. The $1 Founder Pass is not a Kickstarter pledge or reward. Kickstarter refund and delivery terms are outlined on the campaign page.

Digital Cards

7 Stones cards are digital collectibles that exist within the 7 Stones game ecosystem. Player-to-player trading is facilitated through the in-game marketplace for collection management and gameplay use.

Limitation of Liability

7 Stones TCG provides this site and game "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the site or game.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
